Job Description
Teaching (3 hours/week) within the BA and MA-programme ´Archaeology of Coinage, Money and the Economy in Antiquity´, student advisor, preparation of grant proposals, support in organizing INC 2027, assisting in managing the numismatic collections and numismatic library of the department, independent research. The job is intended to serve the further academic qualification of a junior researcher (postdoctoral level)

Job Specifications
An outstanding PhD (or one close to completion) in the field of ancient numismatics, preferably with a research profile in Greek numismatics (or roman provincial) (as testified by a publication record). Experience in academic teaching is recommended, as well as an interest in obtaining a certificate in academic teaching. A very good command of the German language is necessary, and should be obtained in the course of the first year on the job at the latest.
